A clinico-pathological observation was done on 23 children with primary hematuria, who had been admitted to the Pediatric ward of KNU Hospital from January 1981 to August 1985. All children were undergone percutaneous renal biopsy. A clinical study was conducted to determined the effectiveness of intravenous gammaglobulin on childhood acute ITP.
